EB5 Status

Visionstream’s Glassboro projects are sponsored under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program and involve the development of an entitled, under-construction mixed-use project located in New Jersey within a federally designated Targeted Employment Area (TEA).

The project is structured to support EB-5 eligibility through qualifying capital deployment and job creation, as further described in the confidential offering materials provided to qualified investors.

Based on the current project structure, business plan, and capital stack, the sponsor anticipates a projected capital repayment horizon that may be shorter than many EB-5 projects, which often target longer investment durations. Actual results may vary and are subject to market conditions, construction progress, financing, and other risk factors.

EB-5 Investment Requirements

  • The minimum EB-5 investment amount is $800,000 for projects located in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), or $1,050,000 for non-TEA projects, in accordance with current USCIS regulations.
  • Investors must meet applicable eligibility requirements under U.S. immigration and securities laws.

Job Creation Requirement

  • Each EB-5 investor must demonstrate the creation of at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs per investment.
  • Job creation may include direct, indirect, and induced jobs, as permitted under the EB-5 Regional Center Program and supported by an independent economic analysis.

Economic Development Purpose

The EB-5 program was established to encourage foreign investment in U.S. projects that promote economic growth, job creation, and long-term community development through investment in new commercial enterprises.

Key EB-5 Program Benefits (Subject to USCIS Rules and Processing Timelines)

  • Eligibility to apply for Employment Authorization (EAD) and Advance Parole while in the United States, if applicable
  • A pathway to conditional permanent residency (Green Card) for the investor, spouse, and unmarried children under 21
