VisionStream requires an experienced Oracle Business Systems Analyst to join its team. The candidate must be an expert with Oracle Cloud applications and Oracle WIP.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Support of VS Oracle Cloud Applications and Oracle WIP;
  • Identify business challenges and chip into client work for refinement,
  • analysing and structuring relevant data;
  • Perform requirement gathering, Fil-gap, Solution Design , Build ,CRP,
  • SIT UAT, Cutover /Go-Live and post production support for above
  • applications;
  • Configuration/Application Setups along with oracle standard documents
  • (BR100, CF250 etc.)
  • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas
  • and suggest the technology solutions;
  • Perform the Go Live support log fire;
  • preparation for user manual and oracle SR follow ups

Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Systems/ Information Technology/Mechanical Engineering/Related with 5 years work experience in Software Development/PA/SA/Related OR
  • Masters Degree in Computer Systems/ Information Technology/ Mechanical Engineering/Related with 6 month work experience in Software Development/PA/SA/Related

Salary Offered: $95,514-$138,590/YR

Oracle Business Systems Analyst – EBS

VisionStream requires an experienced and highly capable Oracle Functional Specialist to join its team. The candidate must be an expert with Oracle EBS, P2P, Payables, iExpense and Procurement. The ideal candidate will function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions of the firm, and helping to create technology solutions to meet business needs. Responsibilities include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, andtesting custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support a Oracle based Applications
  • Experience in a client delivery role with direct interaction with clients, end users and business owners
  • Experience developing written documentation for the various communications
  • Experience working in teams and in deadline-driven team environments
  • Experience working in the Financial sector
  • Detailed functional knowledge and full lifecycle implementation using any of the following Oracle Financial modules: P2P, Payables, iExpense, Procurement.
  • Ability to implement process improvements based on the application capability and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organization and communications skills. Complete challenging assignments with changing priorities while still meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a large team. Strong inter-personnel skills that requires significant interaction with peers and customers (internal and external users).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems

Experience:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of IT experience with the Oracle EBS.
  • Bachelors degree in related field is required. A Masters degree is preferred.

Senior Developer – Oracle Applications

VisionStream requires a System Analyst to be responsible for implementation of Accounting Modules such as Project costing, Billing in R12; Requirement gathering, solution design, GAP analysis and functional configuration in Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementation of HCM modules related to core HR, Performance, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Compensation
  • Identifying gaps in business process flows, initiate and conduct review meetings with finance and accounts teams on periodic basic to resolve the gaps in business process flows
  • Build solutions to empower users to leverage HCM solutions to mature capabilities for stakeholders and employees
  • Creating, designing and maintaining solution architecture documents at high quality standards
  • Governing the integrations of global HCM solutions and their integration partners
  • Researching new technologies to optimize current solutions and scale them for the future adhering to IT architecture principles and applying industry best practices
  • Utilizing existing knowledge and experience for innovative cloud/mobile solution and deployment architecture
  • Utilize your deep understanding of software design principles in creating custom software solutions or modifying existing solutions including integrations
  • Providing technical expertise in the selection, development, implementation and support of future cloud-based global HCM platforms and solutions (i.e. Workday, Paychex, Oracle, or Kronos)

Oracle Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare AIM’s Documents such as BRD, FSC, MD050, CV40 and BR100; Manage and prioritize tickets, post production support, design, development and rollout of RICE (Reports, interfaces, configuration, enhancements) forms, Workflows, API’s, Conversion and data Migration within Oracle platform
  • Analysis of requirements and mapping to Oracle functionality and framing a suitable solution; functional and technical design of customizations including workflow, interface and reports
  • Prepare AIMS document deliverables and SOP’s, training and post live support; project communications, issues and risk tracking and delivery management

Employee Referrals

You can help VisionStream, a friend, and yourself by participating in the VisionStream Employee Referral Program. If you are an eligible employee, you can earn a cash award of $500 if you refer an external applicant who is hired to open positions at the company.

The Employee Referral Program is open to all regularly employed employees and consultants. You cannot refer anyone who has already applied to the HR, who already works at VisionStream, or anyone who has worked here within the last twelve months.

The hiring department will pay you a cash award of $500 (subject to taxes) if the person you referred is hired for a designated position and completes six months of continuous employment. You must be employed by VisionStream at that time to collect payment.
